I bought the wrong size/item, what can I do?

If you have bought the wrong size or item for you or your pet. We do have a 30 days return policy. We can only refund items that are in perfect condition, to meet this requirement we suggest trying the item on indoors and keep all packaging and tags until you're 100% satisfied. The items must be fur and dirt free for us to accept and refund the item. Please visit our Refund Policy for more information or submit a contact form and we'll assist you asap.

I believe the item is damaged/faulty, what should I do?

If you have received your item and believe it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, via email: buddymylesco@gmail.com. Please provide your order number as the subject and please provide us with photos to show us the problem. Please note, we cannot refund items that have been misused or showing signs of normal wear and tear. Avoid using the damaged/faulty product to avoid causing harm to your pet.

I have just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We aim to process and ship orders 1-2 days after payment, we do work full time outside of BuddyMyles&Co. so please bare with us. Do feel free to contact us if you do have any concerns. You will receive Royal Mail Tracking for your order, please use this to track the order and make any delivery amendments if needed.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Providing the items returned match the requirements stated in our returns policy, you should receive the refund within 10 days of approval. If this time has passed and you still have not received it, please contact us asap and we'll be happy to investigate this for you.

Do you offer personalization of your products?

Unfortunately, at this moment in time we do not. This is something we would like to offer in the future though! Please follow us on our Socials to keep up to date with new releases and upcoming offers.
